The Hub features nearly 1,000 m2 of specialised laboratories designed for deep tech startups, bridging the critical gap between technological validation & commercialisation.

  • Equipment for PCR, electrophoresis & genetic analysis
  • Laminar flow cabinets and cell culture instruments.

  • Refrigeration Rooms with controlled storage
  • Centralized space for sterilization and material cleaning

DRY LAB

FLEXIBLE WORKSPACE

4,000 m² across four floors designed to foster peer collaboration and growth — including private and flexible desks, meeting rooms, individual booths, an auditorium, event hall, lockers, kitchenettes, and informal work areas.
