With a background in Biochemistry, Alizée started her career in California studying cardiovascular diseases. When coming back to France, she transitioned to consulting in order to help companies make a different by innovating in a more impact and ecosystem driven way. She now leads Consulting at Hello Tomorrow, with a deep focus on Health, Food and Biotech enabled innovations.

For the past 13 years, Vincent worked at the interface of research, innovation, and business, as a particle physics PhD, a strategy consultant, and an Entrepreneur in Residence for a startup studio.

Cecilia has spent over 13 years bridging innovation, ecosystems, and purpose across Europe and Southeast Asia. At the crossroads of marketing, partnerships, and business development, she managed strategic initiatives at Microsoft, Sigfox, and Amazon Web Services, where she built communities, scaled startup programs, and led teams across complex regions. At Hello Tomorrow, Cecilia brings this vision to connect and grow a thriving global deep tech ecosystem through catalytic events and collaborative platforms.

With over 15 years of experience in event organization in the automotive and financial sectors, Myriam joined Hello Tomorrow to put her skills to work in service of projects that are anchored towards society’s evolution, as she cares to be part of the deep tech revolution.

With a professional background in PR and community building, Kelly brings over 6 years of experience working with startups and corporation clients in APAC and globally through the Google For Startups network. She facilitated collaborations between community leaders and corporate innovation clients, driving growth for startups worldwide. At Hello Tomorrow she manages Partner relations and the network of HT’s partner Hubs.

Selma has always been passionate about innovative ideas and entrepreneurship. With a background in finance and previous experiences in private equity and investment banking, she joined Hello Tomorrow as a Deep Tech Investor Network Coordinator to engage the community of investors.

Passionate about innovation, Peupedje has spent a large part of his 7-year career in strategy and innovation consulting, working for major groups, local authorities and start-ups alike, which has enabled him to acquire the rigor and flexibility needed to support all types of projects. Over the years, Peupedje has specialized in supporting innovative start-ups, helping dozens of them with fund-raising, strategy and ecosystem issues, as well as launching partnerships with major corporations.
Building on this expertise, Peupedje joined Hello Tomorrow to manage the Global Challenge as well as the development of the Deep Tech Pioneers network, in order to promote and support these start-ups which are helping to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

With a background in diplomacy and a career spent bridging startups, investors, and corporates across Europe, Sara brings a cross-cultural and strategic approach to innovation. As an ex-founder and ecosystem builder, she has led international expansion and sales initiatives across France, the Nordics, and DACH, helping ventures grow through collaboration and insight. At Hello Tomorrow, Sara leverages this experience to connect deep tech founders and industry leaders, transforming bold ideas into real-world impact.

He has experience in consulting and investment banking focusing on the energy, pharmaceutics and telecom industries. Additionally, Orlando has previously worked in the Deep tech VC industry investing in Fund Managers such as SOSV, Accel and Khosla Ventures.

Alex has a background in International Relations, having worked for the United Nations Association and Smithsonian Institute. He combines this with his experience as a Fulbright Scholar in the Principality of Andorra, where he studied how cities can leverage innovative tech and creative policies to drive progress. At Hello Tomorrow, Alex brings this expertise to the Partnerships Team, leveraging his public relations and management skills to drive new partnerships and ensure the successful implementation of the Global Summit and the wider expansion of the ecosystem.

Driven by a passion for dynamism, a vibrant personality, and a love for connecting with people, Nour found her calling in the world of events. She earned a bachelor’s degree in management, studying in a different country each year, which enriched her global perspective. Now pursuing a master’s degree while working at Hello Tomorrow as an alternant, she is excited to do what she loves: organizing impactful events in an international environment and contributing to societal progress.

Jules has a background in Venture Capital, where he focused on sourcing, due diligence and investment analysis across Healthtech and Climatetech. At Hello Tomorrow, he strengthens the Investor Network by building relationships with investors to foster meaningful connections across the deep tech ecosystem. He studied finance and economics and specialized in Investment Banking at ESCP Business School.

Lily Rose Rapin combines her background in business management with a passion for innovation and marketing strategy. At Hello Tomorrow, she contributes to the Investor Network team by supporting meaningful connections between investors and deep tech startups. She’s driven by creativity, strategic thinking, curiosity, and a continuous desire to learn and grow.

Passionate about bridging breakthrough science and business innovation, Ling Ling is a deep tech enthusiast with six years of research experience in biotech and hands-on expertise in startup consulting, market analysis, and venture acceleration across Asia and Europe. She is committed to supporting founders who defy convention, fostering resilience throughout the tech ecosystem, and connecting innovative startups with the resources and networks they need to thrive in the deep tech landscape.

Juan has a background in industrial engineering and has focused on the development of innovation strategies and corporate-startups collaboration programs. He has lead the expansion of tech companies in Latin America and developed living labs for open innovation in Europe.

Fannie has over 11 years of experience in disruptive tech, VC and economic diplomacy. She started her career as a trade diplomat in the US, then moved to the World Bank’s Innovation lab where she launched their first blockchain project (>$100M). After moving back to France she joined Bpifrance as European Deeptech Manager, before building her own startup in machine learning for molecular biology. She afterwards joined the French Presidency to organize the AI Action Summit in 2025.

Carolina has a decade of experience in foresight and innovation management across a range of sectors including IT, hospitality, media, and entertainment. During this time, she successfully led innovation teams and played a pivotal role in developing user-centric products and services. In 2021, Carolina pivoted to consulting by joining Quantis, the environmental science arm of BCG. Here, she played a key role in structuring the innovation team and spearheading innovation-driven consulting projects aimed at supporting the sustainable transformation of key industry players in the food, cosmetics and fashion sectors.

Lucas holds one Master’s degree in Nanotechnology and another one in Scientific Technology and Innovation. He has several research experiences in France and Denmark. He has worked at Hello Tomorrow in consulting, event organisation, business and partnerships development for more than 5 years and he is now focusing on technologies in the energy and climate mitigation sectors. He practices martial arts, enjoys gangster movies and beach trips and is always down to discuss scientific / technologic and geopolitical topics.

Alberto has experience in implementing cross-border collaboration projects, organizing international events and institutional relations in the field of innovation, He is motivated by the power of sharing knowledge and working actively on community building.

With a background in Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation Management, Marie has an extensive experience both in helping startups to reach their full potential, and helping corporates to build meaningful innovation strategies through collaboration with startups and intrapreneurship programs. She joined Hello Tomorrow as a Consultant to have a greater impact on how new technologies shape our future.

Idris has a background in hospitality and restaurant management, entrepreneurship, startups acceleration and growth, and business development, primarily in the deep tech agri-food sector. He joined Hello Tomorrow to work on the development of international partnerships.

Haya is a renewable energy professional with a background in energy market analysis and project management. She has developed expertise in stakeholder engagement strategies through her experiences at a power utility and her own entrepreneurial initiative, a skill streghthening Hello Tomorrow’s work on corporate partnerships and outreach. A graduate of King’s College London and SciencesPo Paris, and growing up in Cairo, Nicosia and Dubai, she brings an international perspective in addition to a strong commitment to climate action.

With a background in development economics and project management, Maissa has built her expertise in business development and strategic partnerships. Her experience spans across industries, helping organizations identify growth opportunities and forge meaningful collaborations. At Hello Tomorrow, she is motivated to connect forward-thinking companies with cutting-edge solutions, driving impactful change within the deep tech ecosystem.

A recent graduate from a master’s in International Management at the IAE of Bordeaux, Emma joins Hello Tomorrow after working in Mergers & Acquisitions, and coming from the diverse experiences of living in Taiwan, studying in Spain and working in the Netherlands, to work on significantly impacting society.

Rashid has always been passionate about technological innovation and its role in driving positive societal changes. He brings four years of public sector expertise in e-government, ICT policy and public sector partnerships. With dual master’s degrees in “Economics of Innovation” from Sorbonne and in “Technology Policy and Strategy” from SKKU, he has played an important role in the development of public policies, strategies, guidelines and statements at various organizational, national and international levels. Currently, he is passionate about contributing to Hello Tomorrow’s international projects, drawing on his public sector experience and passion for deep tech.

With over a decade of experience in communication and marketing across in-house, agency, and startup environments, Ksenia Etcheverry brings seasoned expertise and a strong passion for technology to her work. Formerly the founder of an AI-driven startup, she now actively supports tech founders in her role at Hello Tomorrow and beyond. Ksenia holds an Executive Master’s in Business Development, Marketing, and Digital Strategy from HEC Paris.

Massera joined Hello Tomorrow as a strategic communication professional with a strong interest for connecting technological innovations to the human experience, all while maintaining a keen awareness of cultural contexts. With a multidisciplinary background in Marketing, Strategic Communications, and Project Management, her experience spans across sectors such as real estate, architecture, urban planning, mobility, and health insurance. Massera holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Management from the City College of New York and a Master’s in International Communications for Global Brands from Paris.

Jack has an academic background in biomedical sciences and gained early experience in medtech startups in the UK. He later transitioned to Medical Communications, where he spent over four years partnering with the world’s leading pharmaceutical organizations and medical experts in medical affairs and strategy, across a range of therapy areas. Jack joined Hello Tomorrow to bring his strategic and communication expertise to a wider range of industries to help solve the world’s biggest challenges.

Hungarian by origin, Venezuelan by birth, Mexican by ‘adoption’, Gabriela brings to Hello Tomorrow 15+ years of experience as a creative strategist across a wide range of sectors and projects, holding a B.A. in Graphic Design and a master’s in Arts and Culture Management. A passionate life-long learner; a chocolate-addicted dog-loving over-thinker.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a Master’s in Communication, Ilona is passionate about design and specialised in creating visuals that translate values into impactful designs. With over six years of experience in both French and English companies, her mission at Hello Tomorrow is to transform ideas into strong and meaningful visuals, bringing them to life through design.

Judit has Master’s degrees in International Management and Business Development, but she also brings several years of marketing and copywriting experience to the table. With a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, strong communication skills and a natural curiosity, Judit is eager to contribute to the discovery and support of the next generation of leading startups at Hello Tomorrow.

With a background in linguistics and finance, Clàudia started her career working in sustainable development and CSR consulting. After working as a translator and conference interpreter for several years in many countries, she decided to take on a new adventure and joined the Hello Tomorrow events team. Deeply committed to our mission and to bringing as much value as possible to all of Hello Tomorrow’s stakeholders, she leads the Finance, Administration and Legal team.

Thomas has an engineering background in Computer Science but spent most of the past 15 years working with innovative companies as a consultant in innovation financing, international development and most recently managing startup challenges.

An EM Lyon and INSA Lyon graduate, Nicolas combines technical expertise with strong business acumen. He began his career in the sports industry, gaining valuable experience in business insights, portfolio management, and financial modeling for startups. Now joining Hello Tomorrow as Finance Manager, Nicolas brings his proven skills in data-driven and financial performance analysis to support the company’s growth and innovation.

Thomas (Toto) has a background in International Business Development, having completed his master’s degree at an international business school in Toulouse and Paris, which included studies abroad in Ireland, Spain, and the USA. His curiosity and eagerness to learn have driven him to gain experience across diverse sectors such as hypermarkets, e-commerce, DIY, and clothing. He now focuses on finance and people, contributing to Hello Tomorrow.

Andrés has a solid foundation in Financial Analysis and Management, strengthened by his Master’s studies at INSEEC Business School in International Financial Analysis and at IÉSEG School of Management in Financial Management, with a focus on FP&A, financial forecasting, and ESG. His analytical skills and passion for economic well-being have led him to gain experience in diverse roles across academia, environmental research, and social impact, such as at Universidad Externado de Colombia with Barómetro de Xenofobia and Parques Nacionales Naturales. He is now eager to leverage his financial expertise in a dynamic professional setting at Hello Tomorrow.

Ben is a student studying Communication and Public Relations, with a strong interest in business development, the liberal arts, and real estate. He joined Hello Tomorrow to gain hands-on experience with the People team, with the goal of strengthening his professional skills and workplace etiquette while contributing to a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Riadh Shaiek is an experienced Investment professional with 20+ years of experience backing, advising and operating businesses. He has a strong history of working in the VC industry, where he demonstrated his ability to source, select high potential targets and support portfolio companies scale-up. His experience covers a wide range of deep tech sectors such as Agrifood, Manufacturing, Mobility, Energy and Healthcare. Riadh holds a master’s degree from AgroParisTech and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Amrita is an experienced life sciences investor and business strategist. With a strong background in venture capital and biotech innovation, she previously led investment activities at LongeVC, successfully funding six pioneering startups in rejuvenation biotech. At Fusix Biotech, she played a key role in securing a Series A round. Amrita has deep expertise in market analysis, due diligence, and strategic partnerships, contributing to major investment decisions at EQT Life Sciences (formerly LSP). She holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Utrecht.

Ella is an emerging venture capital professional with a strong foundation in neurotech, life sciences, and research. With an MSc in Neuroengineering from Imperial and Paris-Saclay and a BSc in Neuroscience from King’s College London, she focuses on early-stage investments in innovative technologies that tackle complex challenges. Ella has developed expertise in research, due diligence, and market analysis, working closely with visionary founders and supporting portfolio companies. Fluent in three languages, she is continuously expanding her VC expertise through programs like Baby VC, LVCN, and VC Labs.
